Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: 

Your time is booked exclusively for you, please make a note of your booking and make it a priority.                       

A minimum of 24 hours notice of rescheduling or cancellation is required.

As a courtesy, a reminder will automatically be sent to you by email 48 hours prior to your booking, as well as a text 24 hours prior. Unfortunately, sometimes technology fails and this is not received – so it is your responsibility to ensure you have a note of when your appointment is. Failure to arrive/ for your appointment will incur a no-show fee for 100% of your booked appointment value. Late cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of your booked appointment value.

We waive this for emergencies only. This is with respect to myself and other clients who may have wanted your appointment time. You may send someone else in your place, just let me know.

As cancellations have a significant impact on my income, I need to enforce the cancellation policy and trust you understand my need to do so.
